El primer piso, conformado por una cocina inspirada en el estilo de hacienda del siglo XVII, una sala de estar con sofá  y un lindo baño con tina, da al patio de las Suites a través de un lindo balcón. El patio se conforma de plantas típicas de la región, una fuente de piedra con detalles tallados a mano y una puerta de madera de más de cien años que da a la calle.

El segundo piso, además de albergar la recámara principal con su respectivo baño y tina, tiene una terraza abierta con asador y espacios para el descanso y disfrute de la vista de la Colonia.

El tercer piso, con una recámara rodeada de cristales que permiten una vista panorámica del área y la Parroquia, también posee su propio baño y regadera.
